Job Description:
Next You Labs is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies that expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate leads through phone calls, emails, and social media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular feedback to the sales manager on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
